8:30 – 5:00 – Master Planning Seminar

3:30 – 5:45 – Registration

6:00 – 8:00 – Opening Session

Wednesday, January 23

8:15 – 2:30 – General Sessions

3:00 – 4:15 – Breakout Sessions

EVENING FREE

Thursday, January 24

8:15 – 2:15 – General Sessions

2:45 – 4:00 – Breakout Sessions

4:30 – 6:00 – Dinner with Kids EE concert

6:30 – 8:00 – General Sessions

Friday, January 25

8:15 – 11:45 – General Sessions

*12:00 – 2:00 – Optional luncheons – Men/Women

*2:00 – 3:00 – Optional tour of Coral Ridge Ministries, TV Studio, etc.

(2:00 – 4:15 – Clinic Teachers’ Workshop – by invitation)

*for those electing not to participate – the afternoon is free

5:00 – 8:00 – Beach party BBQ

Saturday, January 26 (Optional)

8:30 – 1:30 – XEE facilitator training

Lunch will be provided at Coral Ridge Church Monday through Thursday.

Also, you may be interested to know there is an adult Leadership Training Clinic beginning at Coral Ridge on Friday afternoon, January 25. This would be a great opportunity for trainers to be certified as Teacher/Trainers – be sure and tell your churches about this.
